We were ready to pick up our new caravan from the dealer. We also wanted an independent inspection report prior to pick up. We contacted Phil and right from the outset his approach and professionalism over our requests was exceptional. On the arranged day of inspection Phil kept us informed prior, during and after the completion of his caravan inspection this included photos of the caravan prior to receiving the very full detailed report.
