I dropped the ball I didn't look at the reviews on the caravan canopy site All the one star reviews are right it is junk when I was putting it together and pulled on the Velcro strap in it tore the canopy plastic wall I should have went in at that moment and got a refund but I thought give it a shot and here I am two months later every eyelet is ripping off of the tent 20x10 canopy walls for a carport they don't care they won't give you anything I learned a lesson for $125 heed the warnings 0 stars Do NOT BUY
WOW! I don't know what you people paid for your canopies! We bought our Caravan Canopy through Costco 18 years ago, $200 for a 10x10. Because, our canopy is up 24/7/365 in CA sun and elements including rain, I replace my cover and sidewalls every 2-3 years! The frame is still in great shape. My only issue is, that I was trying to save some money a year ago and didn't realize the less expensive walls, were a different brand and much cheaper quality!!! I'm going to go for the better quality this year!!!
Absolute garbage product and garbage customer service. They completely refuse to stand behind their terrible product. Highly recommend staying away! Unless you want to waste money on a canopy that will last 10 uses or less.
I was so HAPPY to find BRANDON and JASON to help me with my canopy needs. They helped me custom make a canopy design for my small BUSINESS! I LOVE family businesses as I also OWN only and can’t believe I found another! Just a DAD and his sons doing the thing. APPRECIATE YOU BROTHERS!
