Thought i had a faulty hot water element & Mark was really willing to help.
Broke our van door handle. Rang Mark to get a spare. While picking it up, I enquired if he could come out and fix our hot water pressure issue. Come out the following day and figured out what was wrong. It was late, so he came back the next day with the parts and fixed it. Spoke to him about not knowing how to turn hot water to electric and sorted that out too. Would recommend Mark to one and all. Very knowledgeable and a nice bloke to boot.
