Our server, Timur, was incredible! He was so accommodating and helpful with the menu. We had 2 appetizers- eggplant (very flavorful!) and samsa (great flavor and we loved the dipping sauce). For entrees we had cabbage rolls, chicken tabaka, dolma, and lamb pilaf. Everything was delicious. We can’t wait to return.

Это было большим разочарованием . Все пережарено . Много костей. И мы взяли еду с собой. Нам не дали салфетки не вилки. Пришлось . На пляже рвать картонку чтоб сплести рис. Надеюсь они исправят это .

Nothing beats freshly made Uzbek manti after spending a whole day in the water! They were fresh, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Please call in advance for manti order since fresh homemade manti takes good 40mins to be perfect. The plov was also really good—the rice was flavorful, and I especially loved the sweet, tasty carrots. And just when we thought we were completely full, the honey cake turned out to be such a nice surprise. Light, delicious, and the perfect way to finish an already amazing meal. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, it's owner or the food. We love to try new foods and had never had Uzbek food. We tried it all and absolutely loved every single bite. No notes. I'd come every day if I lived here. Locals, you need to RUN to caravan, you have a jewel! To top it off. This was the CLEANEST restaurant we've been to while here on vacation. Everything was simply top notch. The owner made us feel like family and treated us like a king and queen dining in his establishment.

Food was delicious. We got uzbek pilaf- the meat was so soft and juicy, rice perfect, the dish was wonderful. Also got beed lulya-kebab- it came with a salad and grilled veggies- also everything delicious, and even a regular salad had nice rich flavor. Samsa was juicy inside and nice and crispy outside. And honey cake was moist and tasty.
