Carats has amazing customer service! I visited today to have links removed from my watch band and knots removed from a necklace that was very sentimental to me. Both employees that helped me, a gentleman, and a lovely woman, were very personable, very knowledgeable, and treated me with the upmost level of service I have ever experienced in any high-end jewelry store (Tiffany’s, Cartier, etc). Even though I live 30 minutes east, I will be returning to Carats with all of my jewelry needs in the future!
I brought my 89-year-old grandfather in to help with a ring that was cutting off circulation to his finger. We were worried about his frail skin and trying remove the ring with soap, Windex, etc. Christine and the staff were so warm and professional from the moment we walked in. We were not looking to buy anything that day, yet they were the utmost in professionalism and kindness. I had a wonderful experience at Carats Fine Jewelry. The receptionist, Carol, made me feel welcome when I walked in. I found the staff to be extremely welcoming and professional. While my watch battery was being replaced I browsed the jewelry. Carats has a wonderful selection. I highly recommended this store. I will definitely be returning to Carats in the future.
Excellent customer service I will recommend this place 100%. They fix my watch in five minutes. Didn’t even charge me for that. I will come back here anytime and I recommend them to my friends and family.
$50 quote to change battery in my Luminox watch that I purchased from Carats several years ago. Went to Walgreens and purchased the required battery for $6 and after watching how to do it on YouTube, I was able to change out the battery myself in 3 minutes. My wrist watch is now back in service. Everyone is entitled to be compensated for their time and costs to run a business but $50!! Really!!! Carats, you need to rethink your customer service model.
