Permanently closed, bad customer service.
The service was exceptionally fantastic! Today when I stepped into the store, every person at the St. Vital's branch was so kind, warm and attentive. I found the perfect piece of jewelry there and it was all thanks to the lovely staff working there. They made my shopping experience a great one and the jewellry pieces are stunning. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. I purchased a gold chain necklace, and just 10 days later, it broke completely on its own. When I bought it, the salesperson assured me that I had 10 days to exchange it if anything went wrong. However, when I returned to the store, they told me they could only take the chain back to repair it, which would take three weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you want to face the worst service in your life then go to this store. If you have any problems after buying a diamond, you will have to face ignorance, boorish attitude and unwillingness to help on the part of consultants and store administrator I came with a diamond problem that appeared after 2 months and I could see this defect without additional devices, all the consultants and the administrator did not see it, they immediately said that they would not replace the diamond and could only send it to the office to check... read more
