Been going to Cara's for over 10 years, now a new owner (hence the name change). Definitely not the same place with great customer service! I will not be returning. They printed our job without checking it, just rolled it up and handed it to us. The quality of the print job was terrible and we had to go back so they could reprint it. The owner came out and was extremely rude. In this day in age, without great customer service and great quality, people can easily go elsewhere because now there is no reason to return. We had a very bad experience. Josh was rude and did not provide service we were asking. I rather prefer going to other place than going to this budiness
