The communication, the speed of the job, the quality, incredibly pleased and would come back in a heart beat (though here's hoping I don't have to any time soon.) Did exactly what I asked them to do, on time, and the price was right!
This is my second time bringing my car to Carapella's and again the work that they did was excellent. I was so pleased. I appreciate everyone that works there including the receptionist. I recommend Carapella's 200% even if you have to travel a distance to get there it's well worth the trip. I promise you will be very satisfied with their work!!
Carapellas completed the repairs and body work on my vehicle. They did an excellent job. Very professional. Helped me navigate the insurance process. Completed the work in a very timely manner. Made the entire process smooth and easy.
I like to to give a special thanks to Joe, Kathleen, Angela & the entire team at Carapellas Collision. I needed alot of work done out of pocket & on a budget. The team undstood the assignment and knocked it out the BALL PARK!!! From the time I walked in the building the team was kind, courteous & informative providing me the best options for my budget.
