Excellent productive service given by Dr Gardiner. Lovely warm lady who put you at ease.from the first meeting. High recommenced.
Sharon is a great trainer, really knowledgeable about her subject but also having the ability to put the information over in a way that’s easy to understand, making the whole process a comfortable and enjoyable experience Food is amazing too!
BLAST therapy is incredible! Not sure I believed it works but it clearly does - fast and gently. My advice would be to try it - you won’t regret it
