I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a hair salon but I was just so thoroughly impressed that I had to. From first anxiously calling and making the appointment, the receptionist was very kind, and thorough. She asked lots of questions and made sure to book me with the right hair stylist. I have trichotillomania, which is a compulsive hair pulling disorder and can result in bald or uneven patches of hair. While the hairstylist was exceptionally kind and friendly, I was quite frustrated that my appointment started 30 minutes late. Due to this delay, I opted to skip the hair wash and blow dry. Given the circumstances, I expected the cost of the appointment to be adjusted accordingly. However, I was still charged the full price despite the reduced services and extended waiting time. Went in to donate 2-3 feet of hair, and received maybe one of the nicest haircuts of my life. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. Despite this being my first visit, they made me feel like I've been coming in for years. Honestly couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks Jasmine!!
The wigs are really expensive where we can buy 3 wigs at the same cost and my consultation didn’t went well as caralyn wasn’t having proper knowledge at all on what customer needs. Please don’t visit this place and it’s just scam for looting your money
