I intentionally booked the 1st appointment of the day with Dr Agrab, to avoid a long wait & made the effort to arrive exactly on time at 8.50am. At 9.10am I asked the receptionist what was happening as I still hadn't been seen. It turned out the Dr hadn't even arrived & had not contacted to explain why he was late or when he might be planning to arrive.
