The medical centre had been recommended to me, but I've seen Dr Casotti and found her to be dismissive and a bully. She didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. I went in looking for help and left feeling like I was a naughty child. It was very upsetting and with no level of compassion. Not the experience one would expect from a doctor.
I had an appointment booked for 8:30am and the doctor was more than 20 minutes late to arrive to the clinic. I asked the receptionist to call him to ask how long he would be and they said they didn’t have his contact details. This is a lie because they would need to have his details in case of an emergency. The receptionist staff is always rude and once threatened me that I would lose my appointment if I didn’t arrive in the next 2 minutes even though the doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment to begin with
Have been seeing Dr Tabriz’s for years he is one of the best GP he cares about the patients he listen he is friendly I can tell that he is one of the best DR around the world and also caralee medical team are all amazing specially Dr Tabriz and Val the nurse
Dr Tabriz is the best Dr, who helped many people. his a good listener I really appreciate him for his hard work the only problem is timing you have to wait hours.But it’s really worth it once it’s your turn, He will help you with anything. So I really recommend Dr Tabriz
