Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The Vets and technicians are always welcoming and sociable and seem genuinely keen on your dog's health, giving recommendations and useful information about your pet's health.
I am so grateful for the compassion and kindness shown by the veterinarian and staff during one of the hardest days of my life. I brought my beloved dog in for an appointment and was shocked to learn that she had advanced heart disease and a level 5 heart murmur. She had never shown any symptoms until the day before, so the diagnosis was completely unexpected. Sadly, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go peacefully that same day.
