Great service. Patti got what I needed when no one else could do it.
We had a shed installed last year, but the contractor installed "interior" doors for the shed instead of exterior doors. Not being a door expert, I didn't realize this until after we had some substantial rains. The rains mixed with extreme heat... the doors began warping and ultimately coming apart. And there was no way to contact the contractor who installed the doors... so we had to search for new doors. I don’t go out of my way to make reviews but in this case feel strongly compelled to do so. Received terrible service which created a bunch of headaches and delayed my build and movein date. Windows sold didn’t meet austin energy code (u-factor and SHGC didn’t meet requirements.
