So I got on to the website on 7/11/2023 at 2:30 pm and chatted with one of the reps that monitors the chat feature. After explaining my case to the rep I was told that I should be expecting a call ASAP. Well 24 hours later still no call from an attorney. I am so thankful I went to Elena Lopez to help me. She was so thorough and patient, pleasant. Kept in contact with me to the vet end. I highly recommend Carabiner and Shaw.
