The provider did not address my main concern in the office visit which was pain and where it could be coming from. Moreover, she did not provide options for me going forward. I had to verbally ask to see the M.D. for a consult as she gave me not options for the future in how to solve my problem. While she might have written it in her chart notes she most assuredly gave zero outward concern for my medical issue while being seen person to person and I left there worse than I came .
Very thorough and took her time. Made great recommendations. Definitely recommend her.
PA C Walker was very thorough in explaining results of MRI as well as plans to treat my diagnosis. She and her assistant Melanie made sure I was seen in a timely f/u. I appreciate their care and concern and feel so lucky to have found such a caring medical team.
