Had a water pump problem in our touring caravan when on-site that was really causing us severe issues. Graham tagged us on to his very busy schedule and drove over an hour in the evening to reach us and to attend to the problem. He even rang us to tell us when he was on the way. Very personable, thorough and quality focussed. He diagnosed and fixed the issue after an hour, replaced the faulty component and the whole job including his call out was very reasonable. What a great guy, came out to fix our motorhome fridge at 7:30pm to our site and spent an hour and a half finding and curing the fault, very thorough, friendly, polite and all at a very reasonable rate. Totally recommend
