Dr. Cara went above and beyond to diagnose and treat me. I have been very happy with the results. It's hard to find a doctor these days that really cares and has a passion for holistic medicine. She seems to be continuing her education and passing it along to her clients. She is truly dedicated to her patient's well-being and to them living their best lives.
I liked Dr. Cara fine, but I was given terrible medical advice from one of her assistants when I called to ask a question one time. I did not go back after that.
I had to cancel my new patient appointment and did so 48 hours in advance. They charged my credit card $100 cancellation fee anyway. I called to dispute the charge and they refused to credit my card. Was planning to go back for myself and my daughter but based on their poor customer service, I will not be rescheduling.
