By far the BEST FAMILY PRACTICE DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN!! Dr. Permenter is a true medical professional that cares about her patients.
I’ve never had a doctor’s office experience like this. I’ve called 8 times on 4 days and have even visited in person this morning to try and get a basic prescription refill for a medication Dr permenter has been prescribing me for years. Zero contact from a nurse, receptionist, doctor, office manager or anyone. The communication and professionalism is extremely disappointing and borders on negligence.
