This is a very popular Italian restaurant. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I’ve eaten there several times and never been disappointed with the food or service. During my last visit, a Tuesday evening, the place was exceptionally crowded. My friend and I arrived at 6:00 p.m. and snagged the last available table. Cara Mia does not accept reservations. Had lunch with some buddies. Used to go to Cara Mia growing up in Queens Village. Food was very good and service was very good as well.
