Love the way the staff treats you. Dr. was great too.
This office has TERRIBLE communication. I left multiple voicemails in their nursing line (as it goes straight to voicemail and so never answered) and NEVER received a call back. I also sent multiple messages on the online portal which also went unanswered. I then called the scheduling line to make yet another appt to be able to speak with a provider as no one would give me a call. The earliest they could get me in was in 2 months. I have never seen a medical office run this way and I work in health care!
I wanted to leave a nice review, as I even sent my husband in after my visit but they have since made that impossible. I should have believed the reviews they already have. I had a biopsy done and was called 2 weeks later to review the results. I returned the call 10 mins after the message was left and no one answered the phone, from the nurse line, front desk, or office manager. The front desk employees are friendly and efficient. The medical assistant was thorough and friendly and the doctor made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities.
