Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient!
Not only did they get my name wrong multiple times, gave me attitude about it, complained to each other about, and also displayed even more embarrassing unprofessionalism by putting a patient on the phone on hold and laughing about them but they charged 300 bucks just to spray some freezing crap on a section smaller than the size of a pencil eraser after all that.
