They changed my medication and told me it might take 6 to 8 months to start working, but I never received any benefits; it just made me worse. I could hardly get out of bed and ended up in the emergency room twice. I called this office for months and messaged them in the app, but I never got a call back. I had to find a new doctor to help me, and they had to demand a medical transfer of records. The office, the doctor—I don't know who's at fault, but I hope you don't continue to ruin other people's lives like you did mine.
Dr. McCleod is the most attentive and thorough physician I've ever seen. She has a very calm demeanor and has extraordinary knowledge of her field of medicine. I highly recommend.
Medicine is a business. Patients are no longer important. 😒 Doctor's are only concerned with how many people they can see in a day and they're inflexible! Very disappointed. I really needed to see a doctor and they turned me away because I was running late for my appointment. My mobility is limited and I'm in pain but they did not care either way. I had to reschedule.
