Cara is a skilled Massage Therapist who has helped me with many aches and pains over the years. Her understanding of anatomy and the interconnectedness of the whole body combined with her use of osteopathic techniques and her open and compassionate personality allow her to truly listen and get to the root of issues, allowing for injuries and pain to resolve. I would not hesitate to recommend Cara to anyone looking for a phenomenal therapist to help them truly feel better.
Honestly can't say enough good things about Cara. I came in dealing with some pretty debilitating back pain and sciatica that was keeping me out of the gym and just making daily life miserable, and she genuinely turned things around for me. I love seeing Cara! She's very supportive and understanding, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and discuss a holistic approach to my health. When I needed hands-on support to address pain, she was able to do that. And when I just needed a relaxing session after a stressful day, her treatment put me to sleep because I felt so comfortable!
