Update: It took a full year and a half to recover from the botox used to cure a fissure, which I still have. I was not given the opportunity to give informed consent because Cara misrepresented the side effects, and Dr. Demondesert took about 3 minutes or less talking to me right before the procedure to decide he would use the botox during the colonoscopy.
