I’ve been working with Cara consistently for the last few months. I started with a solo session and then started her group coaching. She is incredibly gifted to provide support to lend more insight and guidance. Cara leads with heart and humor. In her group I’ve really enjoyed learning tools on a weekly basis that I’ve been able to put into practice to bring more peace into my life. Thank you Cara for being a light in the world.
