I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Lieberman. At my first visit, I felt dismissed and belittled when I tried to discuss my medical history and concerns. She was condescending in her responses. She made me feel very uncomfortable in what should have been a safe and professional setting. On top of that, I was billed separately for services that were never disclosed to me. (Services that were just me sharing my medical history). Despite having a myriad of awful, debilitating symptoms, and knowing I had PCOS, she refused to entertain my pleas to run a simple sonogram, because my labs were “perfectly normal”. In reality, all of my labs were on the extreme ends of normal, which is perfectly indicative of PCOS. A 1:00 appointment, sat in the exam room .Dr comes in at 2:08, while I’m getting redressed. She asks , “oh are you leaving?” I said yes. She said “okay” dropped the paper with my info on top of the garbage pail and left.

I met Dr. Lieberman today and wow, her bedside manner is excellent. She is very compassionate and provides appropriate clinical insight into the care she gives. I am relieved to find a provider like her when it comes to reproductive health. I feel that I am in great hands with her without fear or hesitation. She put me at ease and she is just a wonderful clinician. There is a wait time when you come to the office but I don’t mind because she is wonderful and worth the wait honestly. I left feeling violated and crying. I will never return to this place again. Since I was a new patient I had to wait about 3 or so weeks to have my initial appointment. The day before I was scheduled to meet her, I get a call telling me my appointment was moved up 4 hours, 2:30pm to 10:15am. I had to scramble and rearrange my schedule because she wouldn't have another appointment for a while.
