I'm quite shocked at the polarizing reviews. Apparently it's hit or miss, And I won't invalidate anyone else experience with Dr. Focazio. I will only say that my experience with her has been extremely pleasant. I feel heard, seen, and listened to. I feel I'm taken seriously with her. Now if you ask me about some of the nurses there.... different story. I won't name names, but there is a nurse there, darker hair, white, around my age (47) and utterly MISERABLE with everything. Disappointing and clueless. Not sure how this incompetent dr and her staff are still practicing. I've been waiting for 6 months to get a simple X-Ray done on my arm and her minion PA Ian screws up on the order constantly. I was sent to get an ultra sound but I was told I don't need that test when I got there. Then I had to wait for this clueless PA to change the order twice which took months so I can have an x-ray done and now I am told I have to go back to get reevaluated to determine what I need.
