If you're looking for a small first class Yoga studio this is the place for you. Cara Fraser is a wonderful instructor that truly cares about her students. Her studio is peaceful and inviting and her sweet playful nature makes it a perfect combination.

Cara's yoga studio is so bright and cheery, and she offers amazing workshops that are very specific. If you want to add advanced poses to your practice, her arm balance workshops are for you. If you want to go deeper, then her blind folded classes are great for getting to know yourself!

I am so glad I found Cara Fraser and her great little studio. I do yoga all over but one thing you don't really get from the big classes is individual attention or a break down of particular poses so I was happy when I found her intimate studio with personal attention. She offers affordable workshops that focus on pose series (we are on arm balancing) and building blocks (hello, do you know how often I wondered if I was actually doing a pose correctly?).
