Cara Bergmann has managed my property for several years, from when I first bought it through to leasing it and eventually selling it. Throughout that time, Cara and her team were always responsive, practical and easy to deal with. Their local knowledge and connections made the leasing and management process straightforward. When it came time to sell, everything was handled smoothly and the result was excellent. I'm very happy with the outcome and would happily recommend Cara and her team.
Very happy clients! We seemed to follow Cara and her team around at open inspections for a few months looking for our "forever" home. Before the home we eventually bought had open homes, Cara said "that is the home for you!" Cara and her team seem to have a unique gift of knowing what you want and work within your budget. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS AGENCY! We left the property in better condition than when we moved in, yet the property manager, Sam, repeatedly harassed us with emails demanding additional money for repairs to an already run-down house.
