Edit 19.12.25: Lo and behold, yet another brochure dropped in our letter box, despite the businesses response below. 3 times now I have requested this business to stop putting brochures in our mail box, which clearly has a "No junk mail" sign. Twice I spoke to a male agent in person, and once I spoke to Cara herself on the phone. All 3 times, the excuse was given of "We contract a company to deliver these for us". Great experience and team was responsive throughout the process. Set realistic expectations and provided good tips such as pre sale building and pest inspection which allowed a few unknowns to be corrected before inspections
