This review is specifically regarding the customer service. Today, I went to pick up a car that was ordered from Tauranga, and Larissa was absolutely awesome with her customer service. I couldn’t take a video because it was raining, but here’s my review. They made the process of getting a car very easy. I’ll probably go back there again.
Would not recommend buying from this dealer at all. They do not take any form of responsibility to ensure the vehicle is up to a safe standard. A wof was issued then upgrades have been made, then making the wof void. The vehicle was taking back and they flagged us off telling us to go back to mag and turbo warehouse as it somehow was there fault. Upon speaking to staff there, they then informed us that whwn the wof was issued it did not have the upgraded tyres and rims on it. The staff are not willing to compromise on the fo... read more
