This is the most HORRIBLE company I've ever dealt with. You CANNOT speak to anyone in billing, you have to speak to an inept customer disservice department who has messed up EVERY single time I've interacted with them. The final straw is they can't seem to charge my various credit cards successfully for a small balance that sits on my account preventing me driving when I need to for the last 8 weeks. Honestly been using the service for the last year with its ups and downs... but just recently got a new phone and got locked out of my account. I had to call 4 times and write 6 emails over the course of two weeks to have my account locked. every time I called I was told " sorry the higher ups will have to fix this problem and should take 2-3 days to fix" ... I just wanted my account unlocked, which they locked in the first place! The reviews here about how terrible their customer service is, are absolutely true. worst exper... read more

They parked their car in front of my house and after multiple calls still haven’t moved it. Parking is limited on my street and all of my neighbors have an agreement to not park in front of each other’s houses. I would give ZERO STARS!!!!
