What a pleasant experience here with the owner. Ricardo is very fair, honest, and I cannot believe how positive the entire experience was. He was real with us and did not attempt to overcharge or upsell unnecessary stuff. We had brought the car to a different mechanic first which is right across the street from Ricardo. The other people gave us a laundry list without any explanation as to what was absolutely necessary and what was more wish list type of stuff. Just the hefty price tag. Awesome experience. They were quick to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and got it fixed up faster than expected. Very good services. I'd recommend this shop over any others in the area.
Think of your ideal, quality, honest auto shop: fairly priced, transparent communication, locally owned by a friendly, humble guy who just wants to do good work. Ricardo at Cars2 is all of that. He gave a great price (half of what another shop wanted to charge) and explained everything very clearly. I am very impressed with the work he did on my car, at such a fair price, and how clearly he communicates. Absolutely bring your car here; you could not be disappointed!
