Was messaging with sales person about a 2016 Gmc sierra all morning, and we agreed to show me the vehicle at 2pm. When i showed up they were showing the vehicle to someone else and was told Im to just wait in the lobby untill after they test drive it, and if they dont want it, then I can test drive it. The owner claims I messaged them only 20 minutes before 2pm but was messaging sales rep since 10am about the truck. They said they cannot control if a customer comes to check it out but they could be considerate of others time... read more
Worse car I have ever owned. Nothing was fixed prior to being sold to me. Had to scrap the car after 5 months.
Great experience buying a used F150 from Carzone! They were honest and very helpful throughout the entire buying process. The truck had an odd sound when I brought it home; they took a look at it right away and remedied the problem for me. Thanks very much to the Carzone team!
