Had my girlfriend attempt to drop a vehicle off for repairs only to be told it would cost 60% over the original quote... they never even took one look at the car- they just saw it was being dropped off by a woman and decided to try and take advantage of her. Then they tried to convince us that the 60% extra they were asking for was actually only 20% (math says this is far from the truth).
