This Car X facility is back up to par. John And his crew have gone out of their way to fix things that have happened in the recent past. I can honestly say that this crew is the reason that I will stay doing business with this store. I am also hearing great things in the community about how they are being treated here at this store. Keep up the good work fellas. People are noticing the work you are putting in to take care of your customers.
Been quite happy with this store till recently. Took my father in law truck there to check a couple things out. Got told that the spark plugs were no good (they only had 3000 miles on them) The plugs ended up being replaced. I always get my old parts back. Had the plugs looked at by 2 other shops, they say they are absolutely not bad. When we paid the bill, we were rushed through and sent out the door. After getting home, I find I was charged for an alignment that never was told about (and I don't believe was actually done).... read more
Beware doing business here. Bought new set of tires was told by BJ the manager at the time the extended package $129 would cover lifetime rotary balance and alignment. He no longer works there and come to find out that pkg does not include future alignments. Now when tires wear out prematurely they will just say it was because the alignment was off. Go buy cheapest tires Walmart sells because spending the extra money to buy what you think are better tires and service from a tire shop buys you nothing.
