I’ve been going to CarX in Willowbrook for years, and I find them to be honest, knowledgeable, and fair.
1st praise God for directing us to Car X in Willowbrook today! 2nd we are so grateful for Wolf and his excellent customer care! Our daughter's vehicle was 50 miles from home and without his help we would have been dead in the water. After leaving Car X we had no problems getting her vehicle home! Thank you Wolf!! Car X you have a wonderful employee! He's a keeper.
We unexpectedly ended up here after running into some car trouble on the highway. Wolf (the store manager) was very friendly and helped pencil in our car for service on a busy Saturday. The mechanic replaced four spark plugs and their cables in a timely and efficient manner. It appears the pricing is higher than other mechanic shops but they provide great customer service and kept us in the loop throughout the repair process. Definitely check for Car-X promotions or ask additional discounts on parts/labor.
They advertise muffler repair but they can only replace the parts. No patching/welding. They were honest about it after looking at my truck though so that's good.
Got there at closing time with a flat. They stayed open and got me new tire. Very thankful.
