I was traveling to St. Louis from Chicago and was having problems with my daughter-in-laws minivan. I pulled off the interstate and luckily found the CarX store, hoping someone was there and knowing that the store was probably closed. It was closed; but, there were three employees still hanging around. I told them what my situation was and they graciously figured out what was going on and helped me fix the problem. We unexpectedly ended up here after running into some car trouble on the highway. Wolf (the store manager) was very friendly and helped pencil in our car for service on a busy Saturday. The mechanic replaced four spark plugs and the cables attached to them in a timely and efficient manner. The only reason for four vs. five stars is the extremely high mark-up on parts. Always great service and friendly people and their technicians are top tier.
Tire alert popped up. Brought my car here. They checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. they took the tire off and checked thoroughly and were honest about finding nothing and charged nothing. I’ll definitely use this place from now on. hard to find honest businesses now days. Thank you Car X!
