Showed up an hour before close for a simple quick tire patch. Unable to get a hold of anyone, the operator when you call the location was unable to explain to me why no one was there despite it being open till 5. I was unable to get help when approaching the front door at 4pm as my only certified rental repair option and upon arriving (unsure 100% if that was a worker there or not) was laughed at by an individual parked in front of the shop glancing at the shop laughing at me trying to open the door and arriving to get help.... read more
Very disappointing experience. I brought my car in after being told that the tires needed to be replaced, and we clearly explained from the beginning that SilverRock would be handling the approval process. The manager was helpful at first and started the process, but then went on vacation the following day. The employee who was supposed to take over told me she would send the required pictures to SilverRock. I called her twice to follow up, and she told me the pictures had been sent. Been going here for over 20 years since it was Quality. What a complete disaster this place has become from booking appointments to the quality of the work has gone downhill.
Great service! The guy fixed the windshield wiper on my BMW X3 quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly now. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend!
I found out from a random stranger that this location closed for the day after a power outage. They did not give me a call or leave a sign that this happened. I got stranded out here. I had to take a very expensive and long uber ride to get back home from here. I will have to do the same thing tomorrow. This is completely unacceptable. I need my car!! I missed an appointment because of this. I am so angry.
