call center was zero help and run offsite, but staff themselves at south bend location were absolutely amazing and very helpful! leaving 5 stars for them
Got on website to try and make an appointment. Received the acknowledgement of trying to make an appointment with them saying that they would get back within the hour. Never heard back. Stopped at opening time, spoke with the mechanic on duty and he said that he was unable to fix my tire and they didn't have a tire . Uncaring, unhelpful and no customer service. They could have let me know when I tried to make the appointment that they didn't fix tires at that location.
I've been told I had to reschedule my appointment twice now, to get my tires. The techs keep calling off work. I have 2 tires setting down there ive driving on one bad tire and told the guy I needed to go to Chicago the next day he informed me the the company told him to set in the office all day since he was alone, and to not take any customers.
Call center told me they do tire patches, went to shop and that was a lie. Business needs to fire their call center and answer the phones in house. Edit: I called the number in their response and nobody answered.
