I can't find my car, and I can't get anybody on the phone to tell me where they put it. They've had it for 2 weeks.I found out today that the tow company locked the keys in it and never attempted to do anything about it. Edit to add a response to Owner: Customer service has been trying to contact you regarding this issue as well. You have not been answering nor replying.
Went in for oil change & tire inspection. Got in quick, staff was great & very helpful. Definitely will b back.

Broke down on the highway and had my car towed here for a quick fix (misfire). They had an appointment for me at 5 then called back saying their tech wasn’t in so it would be fixed early the next week. My car sat here for 6 days and no one even checked it with the OBD-2 scanner. Don’t go here unless you have weeks to sit around with no car.
