I received several come-ons by e-mail, and a postcard offering a basic oil change for $24.99 which stated "up to 5 quarts". When I went to use this coupon, I was told my vehicle requires 6 quarts so the final cost would be $43 and change. I informed the guy my vehicle takes FIVE. He argued about it, so I said nope, and took back my key. Before I drove away, I showed him my owners manual, proving 5 is the correct answer and he still resisted. This USED to be a great place.
