made an appointment for saturday morning, when i got there all the lights were off and the door was locked, guess they really weren’t open on saturdays even tho the posted hours on the building and google said that they were. that’s so disrespectful of my time and i won’t be coming back here.
These guys are misogynistic cretins who don’t deserve to have franchise rights. I explained I’d replace pads, rotors, calipers and lines myself, but would consider having them do it if it would be worth it to save my time. They came back with a quote around $1300 (lol) and I said I’d do it myself. Dude was rude over the phone and hung up on me. A tire shop that doesn't have the capability to install a common tire. Ram pick ups are everywhere and they don't have the ability to do the job. What a joke .
Zach and his staff saved me from a flat tire fiasco! I had a box cutter stick in my tire, and by the time I drive 1.5 miles to Car X, it was completely flat. Even though Zach and his one tech were super busy with three other vehicles, he took the time to come out, get my vehicle in immediately, and put my spare on so that I could bring it to my auto dealer.
