Great value, and prompt, and courteous.
Updated review: Staff, service & attitude all changed. For these reasons, I will not recommended nor go back to this place. I found another store who provided excellent service with reasonable price as promised. Original review: Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to explain to me what the issue is and answered my questions. Definitely will go back again.
I have went to this Car-X for repairs for almost 20 years and was always taken care of well. However, they now have a different manager. I had a check engine light so made an appointment for an oil change and to diagnose the check engine light. When I came to pick the truck up I asked about the check engine light and the manager listed a bunch of parts it could be and told me I had to replace them all to make sure I fix the problem. Currently have a car at the shop. I’ve left four messages and have not had a return call. My daughter took the car in there two months ago for not heating up when it was really cold. They did a flush and said it needed a water pump. I was a bit skeptical, but since it was for my daughter out of town, I went ahead and authorized the work. Then the first time he took the car out on the Interstate it overheated.
