I can't express enough the excellent auto service as well as the superb customer service I received at this shop. Everything was explained clearly to me about the issues my car was having. Staff were very honest and upfront and I knew I could rely on them to complete the job. I will continue to use this Car-X shop anytime my car is having problems and when its a service they provide. Good going Scottie and staff, made a believer out of me and won my loyalty!!!
Was treated so well. Was stuck in WL until I got a new battery. They got me in quickly and were so nice!
Absolutely terrific job. Super Friendly staff and affordable prices with honest workers that give you all the information and answering any questions you have. I’ve gone through my dealership in the past but after the experience I had I will 100% be coming back. Showed proof of fixes and did not feel pressured performing fixes!
This is the second time I’ve tried to use this place. I called their number in the morning to schedule an oil change and tire rotation to which I was give an appointment for 10:30 AM. I promptly arrived at 10:25 to which I was then told in a very condescending manner that there was no way I could possibly get in today. He then asked in a smart tone if I called the location number and I replied with yes. He then stated that the call center has no idea what their schedule is like I should know that.
