VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SERVICE They gave me a VERY HIGH QUOTE and then tried to SCARE ME by saying I was “RISKING EVERYONE’S LIFE.” When I asked to do only PART OF THE JOB, they refused to help. This felt like a FEAR-BASED SALES TACTIC with NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great experience at Car-X West Lafayette I had a great experience at Car-X West Lafayette while traveling from West Lafayette to Chicago on 12/14/25. My car’s engine started overheating due to a low coolant level, so I stopped by to have it checked at Car-X. Scott Smith’s team was incredibly helpful and honest. Joe took the time to diagnose the issue, attempted to fix the problem, and refilled the coolant.
