Had an appointment scheduled for 8AM. I walked in at 8 to check in and the dude said that they didn’t have anything scheduled until 9AM. Then I told him my name and asked him to look again, he then admitted he knew I had an 8AM appointment but didn’t schedule any mechanics to be there until 9AM. Attributing it to ‘common trends’…told me I could wait until 9 or reschedule. I left and had to find another place to go.
