I called in to request an appointment. The person from their call center schedules my appointment at this location, the one off bradley and prospect, 10 minutes further than any other car-x in town as this one had availability. I drive to the complete opposite end of town to my scheduled appointment to find out they outsource their call center and they have no way to tell if the shop can actually fit you in. The email says it's an appointment and yet the location / staff here says it is only a request. Honestly, don't bother... read more
