The SLP location has been struggling with staffing issues, so I booked my initial appointment online and called one day prior to the appointment time, the associate assured me we would be good to go for 9am the following day, just oil. I arrived for my scheduled time and the place is completely closed, no sign of any staff on duty despite my confirmation. I’ve been coming to this location for over two years and always had good service, but they seem to be in real trouble. They have lost my business.
AVOID at all costs. Daughter was home for Easter break and needed new front brakes on a VW Jetta. The parts were delivered within 30 minutes but they let the car sit in a bay all afternoon. Finally, they started on it around 4:30 and discovered they ordered the wrong rotors (yes, a shop specializing in brakes ordered the wrong parts for a very common car). They re-ordered but the rotors did not arrive and it was past 5:30. My daughter has to return to school, so the only choice was to put on the old rotors with new pads. I l... read more

Bright in my Volvo S80 V8 AWD for a coolant leak. They told me it was fine and didn't have a leak and told me to take the car home, next day the low coolant turn engine off light came on and it was low on coolant again. This place is run by idiots. Took it to Firestone and they were able to figure it out with a pressure test. Car x only did a quick visual inspection. Lol the guy even saw the coolant and I even showed him pictures.
