Very disappointed with the service here. I came in for a wheel alignment, and after the work was done, my steering wheel was noticeably off-center while driving straight. When I brought this to their attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive. The shop was busy, and instead of addressing the issue or offering to fix it, they told me to just take the car and leave. The location says it’s open at 7:30, so I drove over and parked at 7:30 hoping to get an emissions test before work at nine. I waited until eight and no one showed up or opened the store. I called the listed number and it was a call center that clearly was not on location and struggled with the information I was providing. they offered to call the service manager, also could not reach the service manager, and then offered me locations. I bought a Groupon for balancing and alignment. They took 3 hours to get this done and unfortunately they did a horrible job. My truck is shaking and pulling to the right. I will say that the mechanic mentioned prior to the services that my alignment was way off. As an experienced tire technician, I could tell this was not true. The only thing that the truck needed was balancing, nonetheless my Groupon included the service and I agreed to this.
