While running a bunch of errands, I happen to pass by the Palatine CarX shop and thought I’d stop in to see if they had a rear windshield wiper for my car. They didn’t have the one I needed in stock, but Jorge said he would order it and it would be in later that day. By the time I was done with My errands Jorge called and said the wiper was in, I realize this is just a windshield wiper, but if they do this well with something so small, I can only imagine what care they take with the more important repairs. I had an oil change and all went well and was fairly quick.
Went to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection on a used car a few weeks ago. Super thorough inspection, transparent explanations, and incredibly helpful in determining the car’s condition, value, and things to use for negotiating price. I was able to get my car repaired before taking it home! Thank you so much for all your help
Jorge was absolutely amazing at getting me in and out as quick as possible. He answered all of the questions I had and applied my lifetime warranty on the brake pads so I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Sal, the mechanic, was also wonderful with inspecting the car and making sure nothing else was wrong. Would definitely recommend and go back. Trustworthy and great service!
