Mike was very friendly and polite. He and the other mechanic went above and beyond. They answered questions and investigated concerns. I will continue to get my car serviced there.
Great job they did my alignment
This facility was able to get everything done (oil change, air filter, engine cleaning) within 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit in the future!
Brought my car in with Turbo issues. Wes treated very well from the onset. The Manager Mike was polite, thorough and fair and they did a great job on the car. Will return should there be any future issues, and would recommend this location to anyone I know.
Car X Palatine have given me a very good customer service for all my repairs . Oil changes are seamless and i have completed recently Brakes replacements as well as full suspension and every time i have been more than satisfied with the professionalism .
