I recently took my truck here due to an issue that it is having. The shop did a thorough review and I was impressed that they admitted that they were unable to help me because they were not experienced in the issue that I am having. It is very rare to find a shop that is willing to admit that they are unable to do it rather than trying to do it and doing it wrong. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I will be taking my truck here for my general maintenance moving forward.

Charged 220 for an oil filter that cost 30. Customer service wasn't bad but prices are ridiculous. After you put in a review, they ask you to call this customer service number. You get to be on hold forever and they still give you a hard time and dont assist you. Car x is a Money Hungry Business and I highly dont recommend spending your hard earned money here.

Beware of hidden fees! I went in for a tire rotation, and the staff had to determine how much the charge was. What they decided was to charge me the same price as for balancing tires, even though balancing is a more involved process than rotating. The price was more expensive than other shops, but I was in a hurry so I agreed. After I left I saw there was a "shop supply fee" on the bill as well. They replaced a battery terminal, a week later my car was still acting up so I took it back and they told me that all they could find was a faulty terminal; the same one they replaced a week prior. At the end of the day they charged me 114.00 for a diagnostic that fixed nothing. They told me I should take it to the dealership instead. !Save your money and avoid this place at all cost.

I brought my car here mid February of this year and while it took a bit longer than expected, this review is for Christian, the customer service rep, only. No one else. Since my car took a month from when it entered CarX until it left, I recognize I was not the nicest person and grew impatient. Christian completely understood and even took a significant amount of the cost off my overall bill when it was all said and done due to how frustrated he could tell I was feeling.
