I go here regularly for everything from oil to brakes to AC to tires to needing a new starter for my Honda. They're always polite and friendly and fit me in fairly quickly. Every time I price check their estimates with other places, the price they've given me is always accurate and fair.
You lost a good and long time customer today because your “Guest Services” is virtually impossible to understand and schedule with. I finally hung up and I am going somewhere else.
