CARLOS DID INCREDIBLE! The customer service was top tier and not to mention the fast past work drive. I would 100% recommend this place and location to anyone who asked where to go to get your vehicle repaired, inspections completed, etc. What an incredible experience they gave!
Popped a tire on the freeway and put a spare on. Went to one other tire shop and got turned away. The other shop told me to drive on my spare until the end of next week. Called CarX and they told me to come in immediately. Got my tire replaced within 20 minutes. The employees were friendly and efficient and made a stressful situation way less stressful! CarX will be my first stop next time with any car issues
You deserve no ratings at all. This place is not where i would ever take my car to again…i don’t care about any of the location. There is no way i made an appointment on a Saturday for Monday morning 10am after i got of the call with the dude and there is no appointment scheduled for me on Monday at their shop. I just allowed that slide and then he took the vehicle and said he was gonna call me when they were done and up until 3pm -3:30pm i never got a call but called back and i see he was so reluctant about the situation an... read more
