Mike and his team immediately got us in as I was fearful of Scary Noise the car was making. I appreciate so much their promptness and caring in quickly diagnosing and fixing our shocks.
I got great customer service today. I came in thinking I needed an alignment ($130) because my new-to-me car that I'm about to drive home to Canada was pulling to the left. They test drove the car to confirm it was pulling left, checked things out under the car to make sure nothing was wrong, realized the directional tires on the front had been switched at some point, put them on the correct sides, and drove it again to discover it was now pulling to the right, meaning the tire was the problem.
