I went to Car X to get my care fixed after my wheel came off due to ball joint , my car was given back to me shaken ,I was told my car was prepared , which it was not ,they only replaced the lower ball joint and it also needed control arm which i found out they did not fix ,sending me on the Rd dangering my life and others on the Road, I was upset because I trust this shop to do the right thing I was told by Hyundai dealership that the ball joint and the control arm come already attached and it should have been fixed correct... read more

on September 29 I was at Fenton Walmart when my lower ball joint on driver side broke , I decided to have my car towed to Car X because that's were i used to go for maintenance and mechanical issues , I told them to fix whatever needed to be fixed , manager told me that only ball joint needed to be replaced, the next day went up to shop paid for repair , jumped on highway on my way to lake of Ozark, car started shaking like crazy I was scared so I had to call my friends and the manager at the store because I didn't know what... read more

Admir Huseinovic was so down to earth and understanding. You don't too often find this in management. His whole team is awesome and it shows because of him. I would recommend bringing your car to them above any other car shop in south county.

I just moved in this area. And I must say that this car-x has shown exceptional customer service. I walked in and they pulled my car in a bay within twenty minutes. As i'm listening and looking through the window, everybody working seemed to work with so much calmness, communication and confidence in what they're doing. Their price is the best by far and their atmosphere is great!
