My car developed a serious rattle and it seemed to be coming from my exhaust system. I've been a fan of this particular Car-X franchise for a long time and their Lemay shop was closest to me. Admir (the manager) scheduled me in on a Saturday and when they had my car on the lift, showed me what the situation was and told me their solution. I'm very pleased with the courtesy and consistent dedication to quality service. Admir, John , Kevin and Team are great.
Not sure yet.. I'm hoping that they can finish the work that was started for an (O2) sensor that went bad on my car. Give the rating 5 stars in good faith that everything comes out well.
The manager, Admir, was very helpful and honest.
Technician was awesome friendly and had what you call a listening ear. My vehicle was inspected. No item was too small to be reported to me again the technician overall mannerism when I stepped in the door I feel comfortable in my surroundings. The technicians didn’t do a speedy multipoint inspection. They literally checked the entire vehicle within 25 minute's Very good service manners ..
