7/22/16 Very very disappointed with the quality of the work I received, had both my catalytic converters replaced on my work van ($790), had to go back (three times) because of a leak in the weld. They tried to say it was because of the old weld before them, hello you cut out the old and went back with new, I didn't go in there with a leak I just had bad converters. theresal , Green Bay, WI Scott and Craig always do a great job! I trust them with my vehicles and refer everyone to use their service. They are honest and communicate with me in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Worst place ever I won't go back
I recently got an oil change there (Niles Location) and to check on a loose clip that I was worried about. The staff was very friendly and courteous and my vehicle was ready in a timely fashion. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP! I brought my vehicle in and they told me I needed front and rear brake pads and rotors. Along with the front end work it was around 1200.00 dollars! I took the vehicle to a dealership and they determined that I only needed pads in the front and NOTHING in the rear! They charged me about $300.00. CarX was on some BULL**** ! DON'T GO THERE!
Car-x returned my car 4x upon transmission replacements but it shuddered and billowed smoke in the middle of heavy traffic with myself and my young daughter in the car risking our safety. After the 4th transmission they finally realized they were ordering the wrong transmission. They offered to rebuild my original transmission but that failed as well. They always give me good service and are very honest and trustworthy.
They are completely trustworthy. I have had my cars serviced in many places. Josh and his people are the best. Honest and competent. They explain what is wrong and what is needed to repair it. I'm adding them to Angie's list too.
Telling u from personal experience. Never ever go to this shop. They are the worst auto mechanics I have ever run into. First, they will lure you to get the car fixed and will offer a cheaper price with a lifetime warranty but when the things go bad then they don't event recognize their own work and will absolutely deny it (even if u had receipt in your hand).
