William Leabig the inspector needs to get his inspection license revoked he lied to my face saying theirs play in my ball joint and couldn’t prove it. there was no play in the tire or ball joint. instead walked away with an attitude and refused to work on my car because I called him out on it and hurt his ego. I have been coming here for 15 years and will no longer be a customer due to my latest experience. Sorry for the long story, but I wanted to put all of the facts down and try not to inject too much subjectivity in this review: Latest issue: I scheduled an appointment for 11:00AM for safety and emissions. They don't get my car in until 12:30 and immediately tell me it will fail due to the horn not working. Jeff is the absolute best! I will always enjoy going to him for any issues with my vehicle. He has always helped me and taken care of any issues. I recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Always a fantastic experience at this Car-X! The staff is friendly and professional. Service is quick, the pricing is great, and I've never been upsold anything. Jeff is great and always accommodating and takes time to explain the work they are doing and why. Been going here for years for multiple inspections, tires, brakes, etc. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for honest and quality automotive care!
