John here made my day! I had an appointment at a different location for an emissions and when I got there something was wrong with the equipment they use for the emissions and weren’t able to get it done. I called a bunch of other different places to get it done same day and of course everyone was booked. I decided to call this car x location and John told me to bring it in and he’ll take care of me. Very very happy with John and his team helping me out with this emmsions today!
John always treats me fair and he is the biggest reason I have been bringing my two vehicles to this location for 4 years. One of the few people I trust to give me the straight info on the condition of my vehicle.
Friendly and courteous staff. They helped me to get stuff done quickly and without a hassle. Car-X is my go to service provider.
