What an absolutely outstanding visit I had at this Car-X location. Their technicians are top notch, very friendly and professional. I've had a lot of vehicles over the years, and a lot of wheel alignments done. Never have I seen a repair facility nail the alignment so perfectly. Most shops will get you to that 99% where perhaps the car still pulls ever so slightly, or the steering wheel is still slightly off center. Very friendly and honest staff. I’ve only been for safety and emissions - they had appointments available sooner than Plaza Tire.
Always fast and thorough. Great service, great prices. Honest and straightforward diagnosis and repair. I can always depend on this location. Both the management and crew are competent, thorough, experienced, and trustworthy.
I’ve have been running between Firestone and Tire Choice in O’Fallon MO and neither one of those shops knew what they were doing. Went to Carx and they diagnosed it right away. Tyson behind the counter was very nice and explained everything to me. The mechanic came in with the paperwork and told me Thank You very much and have a great evening. This is my new go to place!! Thank you both!
It's hard to find an honest car company out there I've had wonderful experiences every time I visit I take all my cars there and recommend them to all my friends
